- Good knowledge of Eastern ingredients and their use in Asian cuisine.
- Cleaning one’s own working environment, kitchen equipment and machines and assisting the kitchen assistant, if any, with the complete cleaning of the kitchen
- A good team player who is flexible and has good communication skills.
- Learning tasks that can partly take over the work of the sous-chef/all-round cook in the event of illness or vacation.
- Minimaal MBO niveau 3
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in Aziatische-Indiaase keuken en diploma
