Responsibilities : Food Product Developer
This position will focus on organizing, managing, and delivering recipe, raw material specification, and official document updates using Bestmix and SAP systems. You are expected to engage with the project team, coordinate within the technical implementation stream, and deliver sustainable solutions for the business.
You will be responsible for:
- Work cross-functionally to deliver document updates for the wider business;
- Ensure high quality output by following the validation process of each document;
- Update project team and local leadership over the progress.;
- Critically look at the current product development process & challenge the status quo and capturing knowledge;
- Anticipate risks and challenges and to proactively propose solutions;
- Quickly analyze complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions with concrete action plans.

Requirements : Food Product Developer
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, quality/safety/regulatory or related field;
- 1-3 years of experience in a R&D related environment or factory technology job/ environment or business related role in the FMCG industry, preferably food related;
- Experience with Infant Formula;
- Experience in SAP and Bestmix systems is a great plus;
- Good communication skills, understanding group dynamics and ability to convince. Able to lead and drive discussions as needed across functions;
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced environment where priorities shift fast.
The Offer : Food Product Developer
Through our agency, you will receive a 12-month temporary contract with an external party.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 12 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however we are not able to guarantee this.
Your salary will vary depending on your degree of education and work history (€4.500 gross per month). In addition, you will have 30 annual leave days and a hybrid working environment.
